Return & Exchange Policy

At Bold Buttons, we take pride in offering carefully curated accessories. Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear video, photographs of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, as applicable.
Eligibility for Replacement
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
• Products showing signs of use
• Customized or personalized items
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
Refunds
• Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
